NesmaKent is an International Joint Venture (IJV) created between Nesma & Partners, a leading Saudi contracting company, and Kent, a global engineering company.
A local Saudi company, NesmaKent was formed to support the execution of Saudi Aramco’s engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects within the industrial sector as part of the new National EPC Champion program announced in 2022.
Kent has a long and established history of executing engineering services projects in KSA across the full project lifecycle, delivering conceptual and feasibility studies, front-end engineering design (FEED), detailed design services, and construction support services for Oil & Gas production and processing facilities. In KSA, Kent has delivered engineering solutions across industry sectors with process-driven brownfield and greenfield engineering, plant improvement, utilities and off-sites, and infrastructure and site development

Dedicated to the Local Saudi Workforce
NesmaKent is accelerating the Saudization program with the ultimate goal of building an autonomous engineering center of excellence in the Kingdom within five years.
Committed to transferring skills and knowledge to the local Saudi workforce and creating economic growth for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are establishing a tailored training program for Saudi Nationals as well as running out-of-Kingdom rotations for Saudi engineers to Kent’s global engineering centers to maximize and accelerate the knowledge transfer process.
Developing new capabilities to reduce carbon intensity
Working together to develop new capabilities in engineering, procurement, and construction services in the Kingdom related to carbon capture, blue hydrogen, and blue ammonia technologies.
Deploying the use of new technologies
We will bring our expertise to deploy new technologies from inception to cover engineering, procurement, and construction.
Deploying such technologies will minimize dependence on manual labor, enhance competitiveness, advance execution through schedule and cost improvements, and include visualization, data integration, asset management, digital twin, analytics & artificial intelligence, cyber resilience, and low carbon technologies.
